Ley de Migración y Extranjería, Decreto 208-2003 LANGUAGE: Spain

Citizenship is defined in Title II of the 1982 Constitution (with 2002 ammendments) and Migration and Foreigner's Law addresses naturalisation only. Citizenship law is not codified and there is a number of other laws and individual decrees regulating specific aspects of citizenship, including acquisition.
