Our goal is to provide academics, governments, international organisations and NGOs with information for research and evidence-based evaluation of public policies.

We do not offer information or counselling to individuals interested in acquiring the citizenship of a particular country and we do not encourage experts in our network to answer such requests.

Reichel, David

International Centre for Migration Policy Development

David Reichel holds a masters degree (Mag.) and a PhD (Dr. Phil.) in Sociology from the University of Vienna.
Since 2007, he has been working at the Research Department of the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). He has been involved in several international research projects mainly focusing on migration statistics, migration policy, irregular migration and discrimination against immigrants. He also works as an external lecturer at the University of Vienna.
