Schmidt, Julia

Germany Assistant Country Expert

 

Julia Schmidt studied law in Mannheim, Germany, before being awarded with an LL.M. in European Legal Studies at the University of Glasgow.
After completing a legal traineeship in Heidelberg, Germany and passing the Second State Examination in Law, she started a PhD at the University of Edinburgh, School of Law in November 2007. Her research focuses on the European Union and military interventions.
